This Extruder installed with 30kw driving motor, are specially made for PVC Wall Panels. It can produce 700-1300m2/day, extrusion ability at 100-200kg/hr.

Vaccum Cooling Platform
By using water cooling, the wall panels can achieve stable shape and performance. The cooling device plays a key role in ensuring the quality and appearance of PVC wall panels, effectively preventingdeformation, dimensional instability and other problems of the wall panels.
Panel Traction Machine
The wall panel traction machine consists of a motor, a transmission device, and a traction roller. The motor drives the traction roller through the transmission device, and the wall panel is pulled by friction to move at a predetermined speed and direction, ensuring continuous and stable production and improving production quality and efficiency.
Inline Film Laminating

The plastic film is tightly adhered to the surface of the wall panel by mean of pressurization.The machine has blades to cut out the right shape.
Inline film laminating machine is used to do film laminating work in the production line. It will work simultaneously with the extrusion machine plant. This is a cold glue used inline laminating machine, with
online cutting.
Panel Stacker
This unit is mainly for collecting the panels after proudction. It will discharge the panels automatically and piles the panels into bundle. It can automatically cut with set length, auto counting function.
