HSJZ-65/132 PVC PIPE MAKING MACHINE

It is mainly used to produce various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing, electrical conduit etc. According to the requirements of different diameters, different wall-thickness and different output, we have many models of special twin screw extruders to choose. It adopts a specially designed screw structure, which can evenly heat, plasticize PVC powder and extrude pipes.

HSJZ-55/128mm Conical Twin Screw Extruder

Conical Twin Screw Extruder is mainly used to extrude PP, PE, PET, PVC, etc material. It adopt special gear box, and has features of low noisy, stable running, high carrying capacity, long service life. Equipped with different mold and auxiliary equipment, it could produce plastic pipe, sheet, board, granules and so on. It has features of simple process, high output, stable extrusion pressure, and low cost.

Vacuum Shaping Tank (6 meters)

Vacuum shaping tank's main role is to set the pipe diameter, shape, cooling and guaranteed the roundness of the pipes, installed with water channel system and a bypass loop access road. It also has an automatic monitoring system on water level and water temperature.

Haul off Machine

The traction machine is designed for continuous and steady pull tube moving forward. Its compact, and absolute stability features make it great guarantee for stable production.

Use of adjustable length measurement devices, including an incremental encoder, installed on the tractor, so that making anaccuracy cutting. The movement of length is controlled by cylinder; ensure that the longitudinal speed synchronized with the production line. Horizontal cutting machine with circular saw blades cutting and lateral movement with chain-belt transmission, mobile speed can be adjusted, cutting a smooth.
