This HSJ-65 Post Tension Air Duct Flexible Corrugated Pipe Machine This machine is mainly for cooker hood Air Duct Hose, the most commonly used material is PP/HDPE granules. The extruder will used Model: HSJ-65mm single screw extruder, installed with 18.5kw/22kw driving motor, which output at 45-70kg/h.

HSJ-65/30 Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for producing single wall corrugated pipe, which installed with 11kw, 15kw driving motor, according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Chain Design Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine installed with 50-60 pairs of forming mould, the material of the mould is 40Cr, which is very high strong. The forming machine size will based on the final hose length accordingly.

TWO STATION PIPE COILER MACHINE This is mainly used for coil the corrugated pipes into rolls, like 50m/roll, 100m/roll. Usually the coiled corrugated pipes are used as electrical conduits, which mainly functions as the protection the cable wires. If add this coiler, you can also extend your business into this area.
