This HSJ-45/55 Plastic Shisha Hose Corrugated Pipe Making Machine This machine is mainly designed for Shisha Hookah hose, Air Conditioner Hose manufacture, the most commonly used material is PP/HDPE granules. The corrugated former machine is loaded with a well structured corrugated mould pairs, its running is reliable and smooth. Its speed can reach to 10~15m/min+.

HSJ-45/55mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for producting for single wall corrugated pipes, which is installed with 11/15kw driving motor. The screw and barrel is specially designed according to the Chemical Characteristic of the granules for corrugated pipes production. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Chain Design Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine installed with 50-60 pairs of forming mould, the material of the mould is 40Cr, which is very high strong. The forming machine size will based on the final hose length accordingly.

This Traction and Cutting Machine is specially for Shisha Hookah Hose use. Traction machine is designed into two stations, first station is for haul off the pipe at a uniform speed, and feed hose to the cutters. A hydraulic cutter controlled by PLC system will automatically cut the hose at set length. And the second station haul off machine is pull the hose out.

TWO STATION PIPE COILER MACHINE This is mainly used for coil the corrugated pipes into rolls, like 50m/roll, 100m/roll. Usually the coiled corrugated pipes are used as electrical conduits, which mainly functions as the protection the cable wires. If add this coiler, you can also extend your business into this area.
