HSJ-65/30 HDPE/PP Plastic Pipe Making Machine

This machine is mainly designed for manufacturing HDPE/PP/PPR Pipes in 3-layers. The inside/outer layer will use virgin material, while middle layer 70-80% filling with recycled material. It greatly reduces production cost, but with glossy shining surface. The pipe is mainly used in irrigation, hot/cold water supply. 3-Layers Pipe Machine are become more popular in the market more than before.

The mounted mould on this line is 20-63mm, 3-Layer design(ABA/ABC structure) full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve. The whole production line mechanical designing speed speed can reach to max. 15m/min.

HSJ-65mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder installed with 22kw, 30k, 37kw driving motor , according to the different pipe size, or thickness.

Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

3-Layer pipe structures, it can be ABA and ABC design. The mould will cover full sizes 20/ 25/ 32/ 40/ 50/ 63mm, with necessary mandrels, mould mouth, and sizing sleeves.

Pipe Stacker This unit is mainly for pipes which cut into pieces, it holds and collects the pipe after the cutting machine. You can pack the pipe into bundles by straps.
