Main Features:

• Unique screw design  will not make the material to stay in the barrel for too long, which is very good to mix and plasticize together.

• Barrel adopts copper fin ceramic heater and air cooling system, which has advantages of good heating, cooling effect and accurate temperature control.

• Exhaust system is vacuum exhaust, which can easily volatilize the water contained in the material. The quality of the product is improved greatly.

• Main motor adopts controllable silicon DC governor or variable frequency governor, which has a very stable torque output, which can realize stepless speed regulation. Suitable for powder PVC heat sensitive material processing.
